Global Materials Management Operations <\/strong><\/p>\n Guideline \/ Logistics Evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n MMOG.np Introduction <\/p>\n Global Materials Management Operations Guideline \/ Logistics Evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n SUPPLIER FOCUS<\/strong> MMOG\/LE comprises an MP&L audit that is aligned with ISO\/TS 16949. The goal of ISO\/TS 16949 is the development of a quality management system that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention, and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. MMOG\/LE complements this goal, but with an emphasis on the MP&L management system.<\/p>\n The two sessions we will perform on Wednesday, January 27th, 2021 will have the same content and the reason we have two is to try and cover as many suppliers as possible.<\/p>\n We have already performed two sessions for OEM and we would now like to invite you as suppliers to this introduction since both AB Volvo and Volvo Cars will start using MMOG.np from January 1st, 2021.<\/p>\n MMOG\/LE is used by many companies as a tool for evaluating new suppliers. It is also frequently used in existing customer\/supplier relations as well as in connection with internal continuous improvement efforts. Among automotive OEM:s and large suppliers with a considerable usage of MMOG\/LE one could mention Volvo Group, Volvo Cars, FORD, PSA Peugeot Citro\u00ebn, Renault Cars, Chrysler, GM, Robert Bosch, Johnson Controls, Valeo, Continental Automotive, Delphi, and ZF. MMOG\/LE is also used in other business sectors.<\/p>\n MMOG\/LE is now in use more or less all over the globe, at least where there is automotive industry activity. This is amongst others because MMOG\/LE has become an important tool for developing supplier capabilities at \u201demerging markets\u201d.<\/p>\n Training course focus<\/strong> Later during Q1 2021, we will follow up with regular training in MMOG V5 in more details on criteria and questions in a broader and deeper offer than previous courses.<\/p>\n Welcome to join and learn how to use MMOG.np! \nThe introduction sessions are focusing on the new platform, the procedure to perform an assessment, the procedure to exchange with customers, and the new user interface.<\/p>\n
\nThe two sessions will focus on the new platform and its interface. The intention is to explain the user interface, the functionality, the sequence of performing an assessment and simply make you feel comfortable with the web solution since it is completely different from the previous version in Excel.<\/p>\n
